- Thursday, May 21, 2026, 7:00–8:30 PM., The Downtown Arts center welcomes poets Jackie Craven, Carol Graser, and Sue Jefts for an event hosted by Jim Bourey. Live readings followed by an open mic, inviting community members to share their own work. By presenting established regional poets in a rural setting while creating space for local voices, the event increases access to high-quality literary arts programming, supports working writers, and strengthens cultural exchange between upstate communities.
